By using rekado.in you accept these terms. They are written to be read, not to be survived — if anything here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it plainly.
"REKADO", "we", "us" and "our" mean the deep-technology venture operating under the name REKADO from Bengaluru, India. REKADO is not yet incorporated as a company. Until it is, these terms are with the individual operating the venture. On incorporation, the rights and obligations in these terms will transfer to the incorporated entity, and we will update this page to name it.
This site describes who we are, what we build, and how to reach us. It is informational. It is not a procurement portal, a technical data package, or a substitute for a written agreement between us.
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, licence, supply, or transfer anything, and nothing on it creates a binding commitment on either of us. Submitting an enquiry does not oblige us to respond, to demonstrate anything, or to enter into any engagement. Any actual commitment between us will be in a signed written agreement, and that agreement will prevail over anything said here.
The product descriptions, capabilities, specifications, and performance figures on this site describe our products as built and as measured under our own test conditions. They are given in good faith and for general information. Performance in your environment depends on your data, your hardware, and your operational conditions, and may differ. Any figure that matters to your decision should be established during a technical evaluation under an appropriate agreement, and confirmed in writing — not taken from this website.
We develop our products continuously and may change or withdraw any capability described here without notice.
Everything on this site — text, design, code, diagrams, the REKADO name and logo, and the product names AXIOM, VECTOR, TERRAVEC and NEXUS — belongs to us or is used by us with permission. You may read it, quote it briefly with attribution, and share links to it. You may not copy it wholesale, republish it, or use our name, logo, or product names to suggest an association, endorsement, or partnership that does not exist.

Personal information you send through our forms is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Separately: please do not send us classified, controlled, or third-party confidential material through this website. Our forms are not an approved channel for it. If you need to share something sensitive, contact us first and we will agree a suitable route and, where appropriate, a non-disclosure agreement. Anything you send us outside a confidentiality agreement is received on a non-confidential basis.
Our technology is developed in India and our engagements are subject to Indian law, including India's export-control framework. Access to technical detail, demonstrations, and any transfer of technology are subject to the position set out on our Export & Responsible Technology page. Nothing on this website should be read as an undertaking to make any technology available to any person or in any jurisdiction.
This site uses a small number of third-party services — a form handler, a privacy-friendly analytics provider, and a font provider — and links to third-party sites such as our LinkedIn page. We do not control those services or sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices.
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of anything harmful, and we do not warrant that the information on it is complete or current at the moment you read it.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or opportunity, arising from your use of this website or from reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. This clause applies to the website only; liability under any signed agreement between us is governed by that agreement.
We may update these terms as the venture develops — particularly on incorporation. When we make a meaningful change we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this website.
