REKADO is an early-stage deep-technology venture based in Bengaluru, India, currently in formation. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. As the company formalises, we will update this policy and add any additional detail the law requires.

1. What we collect

We only collect what you actively send us. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data. Specifically:

• Enquiry form: your name, title, organisation, country, email address, and the details of your enquiry.
• Careers form: your name, email, phone number, the role you are interested in, any link you provide, and what you tell us about yourself.
• Basic technical data: like most websites, our host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

2. How your submission reaches us

Our forms are handled by Web3Forms, a third-party service that receives your submission and forwards it to our email inbox. Your data passes through their systems in order to reach us, subject to their own privacy practices. This website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address as part of serving those files.

3. Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. Plausible does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect or store any personal or identifying information. Because of this we do not need to show you a cookie banner. The data is aggregated and we cannot use it to identify an individual visitor.

4. Why we use it

We use the information you send purely to respond to your enquiry or to consider your application. We do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

5. Your consent

When you submit a form, you tick a box confirming you are happy for us to store and process what you have sent for the purpose stated. You can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.

6. Who we share it with

We keep your information within our small team and the service providers that help us operate — for example, our form handler and email/hosting providers. We will only disclose it beyond that if we are legally required to.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or application, and then for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

8. Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email us and we will act on it.

9. Changes to this policy

We are early, and this policy will grow with us. When we make meaningful changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
