Depth over
breadth.

Physics intuition

We want people who think in physical systems — not just in algorithms and code. MATLAB fluency is a strong signal. A physics or aerospace engineering background is valued across all roles.

Comfort with ambiguity

We build products that do not have existing blueprints. You should be comfortable defining a problem rigorously before reaching for a solution, and comfortable being wrong early.

Ownership mentality

The team is small. Everyone owns outcomes, not just tasks. You should be able to identify the next problem before being asked and care about the product succeeding, not just your piece of it.

India-first commitment

We are building sovereign Indian technology. People who join REKADO believe this matters. Candidates who want to leave India for a "better opportunity" in two years are not a good fit.

Compensation

Honest about
where we are.

We are an early-stage team, not a funded company with a benefits brochure. We would rather tell you exactly what joining us means than sell you a package we cannot yet stand behind.

Straight talk on pay
We are early and pre-revenue. We will not pretend to match established-company salaries. Before you commit, we will be completely upfront about exactly what we can offer today.
A founder's stake in the work
The people who join at this stage help build the company itself. As we formalise, early members will be part of the equity conversation — we want the people who take the risk to share in the outcome.
Real ownership
No narrow tickets and no layers. You will help shape the problems, the approach, and the direction — not just execute someone else's spec.
Work with the founders
A small team on hard problems across physics, geospatial, and AI. You learn by building the difficult parts yourself, alongside the people making the decisions.
Low bureaucracy
We decide quickly and we do not waste your time. If something is broken, you are trusted to fix it — no three approvals required to try.
